Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and budget management
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified RMN or RNLD nurse
  • Active NMC Pin registration
  • Proven track record in leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
