Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Promptly respond to and address customer enquiries and concerns.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, or contract expansions.
- Set clear expectations with customers regarding what can be delivered and when.
- Manage Contract Negotiations and Renewals
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring contracts are accurate and up-to-date.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or another ERP or subscription-based software solution, in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise customer needs.
- Proficiency in IT, including the use of common software applications.
