Client Success Manager

About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships with clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with them to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities for value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Develop and execute customized plans to drive client success and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage Gartner's expertise and resources to deliver value to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a business development or account management capacity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Hebrew language proficiency is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
