About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients across various business functions and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized client success plans to drive high-value outcomes and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize the value delivered to clients.
  • Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business priorities and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
