Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Design and Copywriting Specialist to join our team at APW Property. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing designs and engaging written content that support our marketing objectives.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can craft compelling stories while also developing cohesive designs. The successful candidate will have experience in copywriting, graphic design, and content marketing, as well as a strong understanding of SEO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching graphics for our website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and event materials that align with our branding.
  • Create professional and visually appealing designs for lead magnet assets.
  • Work with our marketing and events teams to ensure that content and visuals support each campaign's goals.
  • Design both digital and print marketing materials, such as banners, flyers, and presentations, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Help evolve and maintain our visual identity to ensure all design work remains consistent and on-brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in both copywriting and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing content and design work.
  • Experience creating and designing lead magnets to support marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail in both content and design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to written content.
