Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Connells Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team in Chippenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancies
  • Maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in estate agency, preferably in lettings or sales. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
