Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability. You'll work closely with our team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:
  • Estate agency experience, including lettings negotiator, sales negotiator, or estate agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
