Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our fantastic residential Lettings team at Allen & Harris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch. You will also be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation, which will hopefully lead to instructed properties.
What We're Looking For:
Estate agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment, exceptional customer care/service experience, resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a full UK driving license.
