Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or secretarial professional looking to progress their career in a governance role. The successful candidate will have experience of servicing committee meetings, dealing with regulatory bodies and maintaining formal company records.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring the regulatory and governance responsibilities are met, acting as the Data Privacy Manager, providing administrative support and enabling the smooth running of meetings. Additionally, you will be required to provide training for staff on compliance issues and evaluate the impact of data breaches.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant PA or secretarial experience in an office environment, a good understanding of governance processes and proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint. A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this position.
