Job Description

Sellick Partnership are seeking an experienced Governance Manager to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity in the future.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO and Exec Team, ensuring regulatory and governance responsibilities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and distributing papers, room bookings, providing refreshments, meeting and greeting external visitors.
  • Providing training on Compliance issues and evaluating the impact of data breaches.
  • Acting as the Data Privacy Manager for the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Undertaking a similar role of servicing committee meetings, dealing with regulatory bodies and maintaining formal company records.
  • Relevant PA or secretarial experience in an office environment.
  • Comprehensive experience of complex minute taking.
  • Understanding of governance processes.
