Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a Learning Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one or small group support to students with varying levels of special educational needs. Your primary goal will be to help these students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans, materials, and strategies that cater to the diverse learning styles of our students.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages independence, self-confidence, and social skills in students.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with teachers regarding student needs.

Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers and students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
