We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our client's expanding team in the East Midlands region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with experience delivering D&B developments and managing programme and sub-contractors.

The initial project involves a 15m specialist healthcare development in Nottingham, requiring a major refurbishment and structural alterations to a landmark building. As the Site Manager, you will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure the delivery of this development, meeting contractual standards and providing essential services to the community.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive package, including a basic salary of £48,000 - £56,000 (DOE), company car or car allowance (£5,000), company bonus scheme, healthcare, and pension. Additionally, you will benefit from working for a well-established construction employer with a strong reputation for delivering award-winning projects.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience delivering D&B developments as a Site Manager
  • Experience managing programme and sub-contractors
  • Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid certifications
