As a Group Account Director, Converged Sales, you'll be responsible for pitching, negotiating, and delivering best-in-class advertising solutions to agencies and clients to drive revenue growth across our Channel 5's BVOD service, My5.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize advertising revenue across Paramount's digital and streaming platforms in the UK market.
- Identify and pursue high-value new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
- Provide expert guidance on converged advertising strategies, with a focus on My5, PlutoTV, Paramount+, and YouTube.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers at key brands and agencies in the UK digital advertising space.
- Present high-level, compelling advertising proposals that showcase the unique benefits of Paramount's digital and streaming platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Account Directors and Account Executives specializing in digital and streaming advertising sales.
- Oversee account-level P&L and manage project scopes to ensure profitability across all digital platforms.
