Job Title: Freelance Design Coordinator

Job Summary: Become Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Design Coordinator to join our team. As a Freelance Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting technical design development, and ensuring the smooth operation of our design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange shipments and couriers as required, communicate with internal teams on order status, and manage project tracking in excel.
  • Design Support: Assist with the setup of review panels and mock-ups, maintain and tidy the mock-up space, and support vendor liaison and order timelines.
  • Operational Tasks: Raise POs, operate invoicing management software, and manage online materials library.

Requirements:

  • Design Background: A design or architecture background is preferred, with good general IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

About the Role: This is a freelance position, working onsite with a leading luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
