Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at Assystem GmbH. As a key member of our integrated team, you will be responsible for providing planning services, including individual schedules and the coordination and integration of all project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and task management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project documentation, project reporting, and day-to-day discussion of tasks with engineers and others.
  • Change Management: Identify and track changes or potential changes to the project baseline and implement change control mechanisms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Provide project outturns against baseline for LFE and Knowledge Management.
  • Risk Management: Understand EV principles and explain variances within the project, discussing potential mitigation options and recovery scenarios with stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Apply change control measures and have a thorough understanding of the NEC contract model.

Requirements:

  • Planning Software: Conversant with planning software and tools (Primavera P6).
  • Project Risk Management: Analyze project risk and estimate uncertainty.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness, including planning requirements, change control, compensation events, and cost control.
  • Professional Qualification: Professional planning qualification.
  • Contract Management Tools: Working knowledge of CEMAR or other contract management tool.
  • Power BI: Working knowledge of Power BI would be beneficial.
