The Financial Reporting Specialist will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring accurate financial management within Norlin Live Operations. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in formulating budgets and financial forecasts, while also analysing trends and providing insights on financial performance.

About the Role:
We are seeking an AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant who is passionate about developing their skills in financial analysis. Key responsibilities include assisting in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts, conducting thorough reconciliations of revenue accounts, and presenting financial information to internal stakeholders. In addition, you will have the opportunity to partner with operational teams to align financial reporting with business strategies and initiatives.

Key Requirements:
- AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant, actively pursuing further professional accreditation (e.g., ACCA or CIMA).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial analysis role, ideally within the hospitality, F&B, or events sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software systems.
