We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Agent to lead high-impact water infrastructure projects in and around Inverness and the Scottish Highlands.
- Project Leadership: The successful candidate will manage water infrastructure projects from inception to completion, delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Health & Safety: As a key member of our team, you will lead a safety-first culture, conducting regular risk assessments and enforcing health and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: You will maintain strict adherence to quality control measures and contract specifications, conducting site audits.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaising with Scottish Water representatives, local authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project coordination.
- Team Management: Supervising and mentoring site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
About the Role:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent within civil engineering, preferably with water or utilities project experience.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel to sites across Inverness and the Highlands.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
