About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Engineering to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Your primary focus will be on managing the project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be expected to have a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as experience working with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

A degree in engineering or a related field is essential, along with a professional certification such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
