We are looking for a talented Project Management Trainee to join our Operations division for the 2025 intake. As part of our Professional Development Programme, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, working closely with experienced project engineers and managers to deliver multiple projects across various stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project engineer and project manager in the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with the project team to drive project progression.
  • Manage site operations to ensure safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely production, and customer satisfaction.
  • Nurture relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in an engineering discipline or project/construction management.
  • The ability to travel to the office and sites (some locations may be difficult to access via public transport). A full UK driving licence would be preferred.
  • Flexibility to spend time in other offices and sites.
