At Mile Asset Management Limited, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Exeter team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of multi-utility network connections for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for project safety and quality.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Plan and supervise multi-utility works, including cable/pipe jointing, substation/PRI installation, excavation & reinstatement in the highway, cable/pipe installation, commissioning and energisation.
  • Ensure robust and clear communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain project programme.
  • Prepare Work Instructions, Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
  • Procure and control project materials.
  • Liaise with Network owners to complete final connections.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing multiple utilities projects across different locations.
