Job Title: Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and world-class educational setting?

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate to join our team and support pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN on a day-to-day basis, providing a stimulating and safe learning environment
  • Liaise with Class Teachers and the SENDCO regarding the progress of children
  • Deliver specialist interventions and work alongside world-class Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and other specialist staff
  • Provide a high level of support and care to students with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the school's therapists and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements:
  • Childcare-related experience, particularly with a SEN focus, is highly desirable
  • You must be resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic, and adaptable
  • A hardworking and driven individual who will exceed all expectations of the role requirements
  • Experience of supporting children (4-18) with SEN, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, is highly desirable
  • Future career ambitions to become an Ed Psych, Clin Psych, Therapist, or Well Being Practitioner are highly valued
