A career as a Private Equity Administrative Specialist at our client's firm in Mayfair presents a unique opportunity for growth and development.

This role would suit a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for administration and excellent communication skills.

As an Investment Team Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the investment team, including managing their diaries, arranging meetings and travel, and inputting expenses
  • Preparing for meetings by printing and binding presentations, setting up IT for video conferencing, and ensuring all necessary materials are available

Requirements:

  • Central European language skills: Proficiency in languages such as German, Polish, or Hungarian
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small - mid-sized Investment firm

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects the market rate for this role in London.
