Job Title: Programme Manager - Capital Programmes

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the development and implementation of the Trust's Capital Programme, ensuring alignment with long-term patient care, staff welfare, and clinical service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the 5-Year Capital Programme, ensuring alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives.
  • Governance and Oversight: Manage governance arrangements to uphold standards and achieve program goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge productive relationships within the Trust and with external stakeholders to facilitate effective capital project delivery.
  • Project Management: Implement robust project and risk management tools to ensure successful delivery of significant projects.

Requirements:

  • Professional Accreditation: Chartered Construction Professional (RICS, RIBA, CEng, ARB, or similar).
  • Education: Degree or Diploma aligned with key competencies in construction and contract management.
  • Experience: Proven track record in project planning and programming across varied projects, with substantial experience in senior project manager line management.
