Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the 5-Year Capital Programme, ensuring alignment with the Trust\u2019s strategic objectives.
  • Governance and Oversight: Manage governance arrangements to uphold standards and achieve program goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge productive relationships within the Trust and with external stakeholders to facilitate effective capital project delivery.
  • Risk and Project Management: Implement robust project and risk management tools to ensure successful delivery of significant projects.

Requirements:

  • Professional Accreditation: Chartered Construction Professional (RICS, RIBA, CEng, ARB, or similar).
  • Education: Degree or Diploma aligned with key competencies in construction and contract management.
  • Experience: Proven track record in project planning and programming across varied projects. Must have substantial experience in senior project manager line management, including recruitment, goal setting, appraisals, and professional development.
