About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Capital Programme Manager to join our team at Insight Executive Group Limited. As a Capital Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Trust's Capital Programme, ensuring alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the 5-Year Capital Programme
  • Manage governance arrangements to uphold standards and achieve program goals
  • Forge productive relationships within the Trust and with external stakeholders to facilitate effective capital project delivery
  • Implement robust project and risk management tools to ensure successful delivery of significant projects

Requirements:

  • Chartered Construction Professional (RICS, RIBA, CEng, ARB, or similar)
  • Degree or Diploma aligned with key competencies in construction and contract management
  • Proven track record in project planning and programming across varied projects
