Engineering Sales Executive Role

Lodestone Recruitment are currently partnering with our client in Sheffield to find an Engineering Sales Executive. Our client is part of a global, growing business providing industrial equipment to various sectors.

About the Company: They were acquired by a new owner two years ago and have since expanded through several UK business acquisitions.

Job Overview: Due to their growth and expansion, they require someone with strong business development skills to drive sales and revenue.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Identify and pursue new markets and product lines to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business.
