Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for registering patients onto waiting lists, generating associated paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To register patients onto waiting lists, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with Trust policies.
  • To generate associated paperwork, including letters and emails, to support patient care.
  • To maintain accurate records of patient admissions, including updating computerized databases and generating relevant paperwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent administrative skills, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
  • Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata. Our trust offers a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.
