About the Role:

Arla Foods Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Trade Coordinator to join their UK Arla Pro Food Service business unit. The ideal candidate will provide support to the frontline commercial team with tasks such as price and promotional administration, sales reporting, and trade event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining promotional performance tracking documents and sharing analysis with relevant colleagues in a timely manner
  • Price management and administration
  • Team meeting ownership, including managing room bookings, agendas, decks, and follow-up actions on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Invoice and debt management, ensuring performance remains on track and below agreed target levels
  • Purchase order creation and management
  • Sample organization for customer requests

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will be a results-driven individual with strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a passion for food and a desire to work in the fastest-growing channel in Arla Foods UK.
