IAM Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Security Analyst to join our team at Baldwin Risk Partners. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement secure identity and access management processes and procedures in Azure AD/Entra.
- Provide expert-level support for customer requests related to access provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, and role-based changes.
- Execute access management processes and procedures to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Entitlement Packages, PIM, and PAM.
- Manage identity life cycle events, including user onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
- Focus on Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure.
- Assist in the administration of security tools, including upgrades and patching.
- Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards, providing enhancement recommendations.
- Support other cloud environments, such as AWS or GCP.
- Monitor security endpoint devices in a distributed network.
- Document processes and procedures for IT and non-IT staff.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Sciences or related field, and/or relevant industry experience.
- Experience with IAM processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Knowledge of security tools, including Zilla, Entra, and Sentinel.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to create security configuration plans.
- Ability to document data flows and network diagrams.
- Security+ or other foundational-level security certifications preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and solve difficult problems, combining prioritization and dynamic environment functionality.
- Ingrained sense of accountability and ownership.
- Continuous drive for learning, pushing technical limits, and finding new solutions.
