About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IAM Security Analyst to join our team at Baldwin Risk Partners. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM strategies to ensure secure access to our cloud-based infrastructure
  • Monitor and analyze IAM related security events to identify potential threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to employees on IAM best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IAM processes and procedures
  • Experience with cloud hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of security tools such as Zilla, Entra, and Sentinel
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
