About the Role:

This dynamic position involves overseeing daily centre operations, managing teams, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in the automotive industry, and a deep understanding of compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Develop and implement effective team management strategies to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  • Operations: Oversee centre operations, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and implementing efficient processes to optimize performance.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators, driving sales growth and revenue increases.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to support business objectives.

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £42,800 per annum, based on the national average for this role. Additionally, they will be entitled to an uncapped bonus scheme, which could potentially earn them an extra £13,600 per year. Other benefits include:
