Job Title: Bodyshop Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Supervisor to join our team at Clear Automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of bodyshop technicians and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Manager in a busy bodyshop environment
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and standards are maintained
  • Oversee the production process to ensure vehicles remain on schedule
  • Meet and exceed KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, and quality control
  • Provide daily updates on vehicles that have failed quality control checks

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Bodyshop Supervisor or Assistant Bodyshop Manager
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and repair methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
