In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inspectors and drivers, ensuring that BVRLA end-of-lease inspections are completed to the highest standard. Your duties will include auditing, health and safety, training, and performance management of your team.

You will also be responsible for planning efficient routes and schedules to meet customer requirements. A good understanding of the Southeast region is essential, although you may be required to travel to other regions periodically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Inspectors and drivers to complete inspections accurately and efficiently
  • Audit and manage health and safety procedures to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Manage team performance and conduct regular one-to-one meetings
  • Plan and optimize routes and schedules to meet customer requirements

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Computer literacy and ability to use technology platforms

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
