Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular site visits to support the implementation of health and safety policies, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company standards
  • Delivering safety training, toolbox talks, inductions, and assisting with incident investigations as needed
  • Reviewing and contributing to the development of risk assessments and method statements
  • Performing site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and compiling detailed reports on findings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or civil engineering
  • NEBOSH certification
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
