Customer Service Role Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador at Village Hotels. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality service, beverages, and products to our customers while building strong relationships with them. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Average salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience at our hotel.
  • Crafting high-quality beverages and presenting them in an attractive manner.
  • Building relationships with our customers and understanding their preferences.
  • Working effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee-making and beverage preparation.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
