Heavy Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy vehicle maintenance, specifically with public service vehicles such as buses and coaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a range of PSV vehicles.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT tests.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Proven experience as a Bus Mechanic or in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of PSV systems and components.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license; PSV license is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
