Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician Lead

Salary: £46,104 per annum.
A leading recruitment agency is looking for a seasoned Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician Lead to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HGVs are roadworthy and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and repair HGVs to ensure they are safe and roadworthy
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and brake pad replacements
- Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on complex repairs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HGV Technician
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
