Job Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team as a clinical leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, developing care plans, and leading a team of care staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  2. Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create comprehensive care plans, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
  3. Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all aspects of care meet the highest standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  4. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Experience of working in a care home setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
