About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader in Dementia Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, while also mentoring and supporting our care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with dementia, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Mentor and support care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
