Care Home Assistant Manager
Hillcroft House, a 42-bedded care home in Stowmarket, Suffolk, is seeking an experienced Care Home Assistant Manager to join our team.
This is a senior leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Care Home Assistant Manager, you will oversee the delivery of care services, manage a team of care staff, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home
- Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in care provision
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour, plus a range of benefits including:
