The ideal candidate would represent our brand as a dedicated resource within our Solutions division and assume the role of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management responsibility for assigned project budgets, including creation, approval, and reconciliation, as well as contract negotiations with suppliers and timely invoice processing.
  • Creation and management of project timelines, with regular reporting to internal clients on progress, key milestones, and client team deliverable deadlines.
  • Collaboration with Event Tech Coordinators/Managers to ensure seamless event website, registration, and reporting processes, with timely communication of tech updates to event hosts.
  • Management of audio-visual requirements, internal and external speaker management, presentation collection and program order collation, food and beverage requirements, and menu tastings when necessary.
  • Preparation of detailed on-site event management documentation and verbal briefings of support staff, venues, and suppliers responsible for delivering the event or conference.
  • Domestic and international travel for site inspections and on-site management of live events.
  • Assistance in training and monitoring of new team members as assigned by the Team Manager.

Requirements:

  • Extensive event management, project planning, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of venues and destinations in EMEA.
  • A strong network of supplier contacts and established working relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of registration, conferences, meetings, F&B, and production management.
  • Good/advanced working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, and weekends, and willingness to travel.
  • Strict adherence to company time tracking policies and systems.
  • Responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
