Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at The Social Cow. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our digital and paid media teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a social media marketing role, preferably in the fashion or agency industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
