Automotive Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Trooli. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and manage organic content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to implement and project manage paid social media campaigns to reach new audiences and drive engagement.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis across our social media channels, using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Identify trends and gather insights using social media monitoring tools.
- Respond to customer comments on social media posts and work closely with our business functions to ensure seamless communication.
- Create captivating content for our social media sites, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to support each other and understand needs/requirements in relation to our social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to connect with new audiences and engage with our existing base.
- Extensive knowledge of current social media platforms and their respective features.
- Solid experience and competency in writing strategies and content for various social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including copywriting.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, a commercial mindset, and an ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience and knowledge of using social media analytics tools to measure performance and report on key metrics.
- A creative flair while being data-driven and scientific approach to marketing.
- Excellent time management skills and able to demonstrate meeting tight and agile deadlines.
- Experience and strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Knowledge of setting up and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Graphic design capability and able to use Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Hootsuite social marketing, Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage.
- BSC Marketing Management or Media Studies communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- GCSEs in Mathematics, English, and IT minimum Grade 4 or above.
