- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, and medication management.
- Support service users to participate in social activities and services in their community, promoting social inclusion and integration.
- Accurately record and report any issues related to the care and support of service users.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for service users and colleagues.
Requirements
- Caring and compassionate, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs.
