We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Strive Supply Chain LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  2. Book and coordinate agency crew for on-site and warehouse work.
  3. Schedule truck and van deliveries and collections, including hiring additional vehicles as needed.
  4. Manage driver and key collections for out-of-hours work.
  5. Ensure adequate vehicle and crew levels in the warehouse.
  6. Resolve last-minute delivery, collection, and vehicle overspill issues.
  7. Collect and analyze truck tacho data and maintain vehicle maintenance records.
  8. Settle parking and driving fines.
  9. Update staff records and training.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  2. Knowledge of London and the UK for delivery planning.
  3. Event logistics experience is a plus, but not essential.
  4. Proficiency in Excel.
