As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping experience.
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our Christmas Support Team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, provide outstanding service to customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping customers find the perfect products
- Share product knowledge and passion with customers
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
- Work in various areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
- Support and effectively communicate with colleagues and managers at all times
- A great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient
- Excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job
- Flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and customers
- Takes pride in their work and approaches tasks with energy, pace, and dedication
