  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and management team to develop and maintain operational strategies.
  • Proactively promote the service and raise awareness among professionals and the public to improve access and quality of support.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Criminal Justice System and its impact on victims and witnesses.
  • Practical knowledge of legislation related to equal opportunities, diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding, and risk assessment.
  • Experience working in challenging environments, prioritizing customer focus and excellence in service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
