Job Description

As a dedicated SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a small class of students with high special and complex needs. Your expertise and passion for supporting children with unique requirements will make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teach and support students with varying levels of special educational needs.
  2. Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child receives tailored education and care.
  3. Develop and implement teaching methods that cater to each student's individual needs and abilities.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified teacher with:

  1. QTS, QTLS, or PGCE (non-negotiable).
  2. A strong understanding of special educational needs and effective strategies to support them.
  3. A passion for helping children achieve their potential in a positive and supportive environment.
