Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to students with varying learning needs.
- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with support staff and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs, ideally in an SEN setting.
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
