About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Wise, a global fintech company. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal teams by customizing and developing the Salesforce platform to streamline and embed scalable processes that drive performance, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and solve complex business problems through customization and development of the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce features and functionality, including object and field creation, flow builder, and data loader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in Salesforce administration, including formula field functions, deployment tools, and SOQL queries.
Requirements
  • Mid-level system administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud.
  • Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM201).
  • Expertise in object and field creation, flow builder, and data loader.
  • Proficiency in formula field functions, deployment tools, and SOQL queries.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADX211).
  • Platform App Builder Certification (CRT403).
  • Experience using integration tools, such as Workato, Zapier, and Mulesoft.
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM and analytics tools, such as Looker and Tableau.
  • Understanding of Apex functions and previous experience in the fintech/payments industry.
